This Privacy Policy explains how Zoran Simeunović / ZSdev ("I", "me") processes personal data collected through this website.

When you submit the contact form, I collect your name and email address. No other personal data is collected. No tracking pixels, analytics tools, or advertising services are used.

Your name and email are used to: (1) send you a confirmation email to verify your address, (2) send you a short project questionnaire, and (3) follow up on your inquiry. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties, except as described below.

Email delivery

Transactional emails (confirmation, questionnaire link) are sent via Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 55 rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France), a GDPR-compliant email delivery service. Your name and email address are transmitted to Brevo solely for the purpose of sending these emails. Brevo's privacy policy: brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Cookies

This website uses one essential cookie (q_ref) to maintain your questionnaire session. This cookie is set only after you open your questionnaire link and expires after 30 days or when you complete the questionnaire. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Storage

Your data is stored on a secured server within the EU. It is kept only as long as necessary to handle your request and is deleted upon your request.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent given by voluntarily submitting the contact form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email zoran.simeunovic@outlook.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
